Rose Diet
Rose is a fiery, protective, sensual, and deeply loving ally.
HAS ROSE CALLED YOU?
If so, you’re about to enter into relationship with a plant of profound depth and power.
Rose is one of the few plants that is indigenous to multiple, far-flung parts of the world. Europe, North America, and most of Asia, all have native species of Rose.
And in all these disparate places, across millennia, Rose has been revered as sacred. Persian, Sufi, Indigenous, Christian, and Ayurvedic traditions have all honoured her as a holy plant, as an emblem of the divine feminine and masculine, and a tonic for the physical, emotional, and spiritual heart.
Very few plants have that kind of reach.
Relationally, she's known as the great heart healer. Spiritually, she's a symbol of purity, resurrection, and spiritual evolution.
To diet with her is to be transformed - gently, deeply, from within.

ROSE'S MEDICINE
LOVE:
Rose is most famous as a heart medicine, and many people come to her for this. She works with heartbreak and trauma from deep, repetitive wounding that has not healed. The causes can be betrayal, neglect, and abuse. Often, it's all of them. She heals the heart and then opens it, welcoming in new, healthier models of love.
PROTECTION:
Plants with thorns are protective. Rose can strengthen energetic boundaries, help you honour your needs, and embody the respect you deserve.
SEXUALITY:
Rose carries the frequency of sacred sexuality — sensuality, passion, and purity. She can work with sexual trauma and shame, gently inviting safety and softness back into sexuality. At the same time, she can balance sexual energy: reconnecting you with sensuality in its purest form.
