HAVE YOU BEEN CALLED BY VIOLET?

If so, you’re being invited into relationship with one of the plant world’s most understated allies.

Violet has been a symbol of love, humility, and spiritual wisdom for centuries. The Romans used her for grief and remembrance. In Christian mysticism, she symbolized humility and devotion. In Traditional Chinese Medicine and folk herbalism around the world, she has been used to cool inflammation, soothe the lungs, and soften the emotional body. In ancient Greece, Violet was revered, and adopted as the symbol of Athens, which was known as the "violet-crowned city."

Like Rose, Violet was also linked to Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty. But while Rose strengthens, Violet softens us into affection, desire, and fidelity.

VIOLET'S MEDICINE

Violet is a gentle, yet profound, heart medicine. She helps dissolve emotional blockages, especially around grief, shyness, suppressed expression, or unspoken pain.

She is a plant of humility, in the truest sense of the word. The root of humble comes from humus, meaning earth. Violet grows low to the ground, often hidden under leaves, rarely seeking the spotlight. Her medicine reflects that. She is quiet and unassuming, but once you notice her you’re struck by her radiance and beauty. Although she looks delicate, she is extremely hardy and resilient.

Violet validates your emotional experience without needing to fix or change it. She shows you how to hold opposite, conflicting energies within you, and in doing so, helps you sink more deeply into yourself. She brings clarity, steadiness, and capacity to soften what has been hardened.

In short, she:

  • Restores your connection to yourself and the earth beneath your feet.

  • Supports emotional release and quiet grief

  • Helps with self-expression, especially for the soft-spoken or silenced

  • Soothes the nervous system and opens the throat–heart connection

  • A guide for sensitive souls, introverts, and empath

This diet opens in March 2026, with registration happening in Feb.
